I process your personal information as an administrator, ie it determines how the personal data will be processed, and for what purpose, for how long, and if necessary, select other processors to help me with the processing.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS AND WHY?

I process personal information you entrust to me for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

  • or other data depending on the service provided

I absolutely need your personal information to perform a contract, that is to deliver your ordered goods, services, or posting access to your account on a recurring purchase website.

 marketing – sending newsletters

 Your personal information (e-mail and name), what you click on in the e-mail and when you open it most often I use direct marketing to send business messages. If you are my customer, I am doing my best interest, as I reasonably believe that you are interested in my news, for 3 years from the last order. If you are my customer, I will send you newsletters only for your approval, for a period of 5 years after you granted it. In both cases, you can withdraw this consent by using the opt-out link in every sent email.

 Only by your consent can I send you inspiring third-party offers or use an email address, for example, for remarketing and targeting a Facebook ad for a period of 3 years from your consent. It can, of course, be withdrawn at any time via my contact information.

You have the right to information that is already covered by this information page with the privacy policy.

With the right of access, you can invite me at any time, and I will provide you with a 15-day time limit within which to process your personal data and why.

If anything changes or you find your personal information outdated or incomplete, you have the right to add and change your personal information.

You have the right to restrict your processing if you believe I am processing your inaccurate data, you believe I am processing illegally, but you do not want to delete all the data or if you have objected to the processing.

You can limit the scope of personal data or the purpose of processing. (For example, dropping out of the newsletter restricts the purpose of processing to send business messages.)

The right to portability

If you would like to take your personal information and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed as you would with the right of access – except that I will send you the information in machine-readable form. Here I need at least 30 days.

Right to be deleted (be forgotten)

Your next right is the right to erase (be forgotten). I do not want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right. In this case, it will erase all your personal data from your system and from the system of all subprocessors and backups. I need 60 days to secure the right to delete.

In some cases, I am bound by a statutory duty, for example, I have to register the issued tax documents after a period stipulated by law. In this case, I delete all such personal data that is not bound by any other law. I will notify you of your e-mail about the completion of the deletion.

Complaint at the Office for Personal Data Protection

If you feel that I do not treat your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to appeal to your Personal Data Protection Office at any time. I will be glad if you first inform me about this suspicion, so I can do something about it and correct any mistakes.

Unsubscribe from newsletters and business announcements

Emails with inspiration, articles or products and services are sent to you if you are my customer based on my legitimate interest. If you are not a customer yet, I only send them to you for your approval. In either case, you can stop subscribing to my emails by pressing the logout link in each email you send.

SECRECY

I would like to assure you that my coworkers who will process your personal data are required to maintain confidentiality about personal data and security measures whose disclosure would jeopardize the security of your personal information. This confidentiality persists even after the end of my engagement with me. Without your consent, your personal data will not be released to any third party.
