BELOW 5 TIPS THAT WILL HELP YOU GET A LOT OF PLANNING!
1) DEFINE WHAT WILL BE THE DAY DO
Write the evening before each day a list of things you want to do the next day. Take a minute and consider what you have to do. Does it burn you have a deadline? Add it to your list. You can write it on a piece of paper on your laptop, your phone or iPad. In short, write it where it will be constantly on the eyes.
2) DIVIDE YOUR HOMEWORK
When you have written your to-do list, you need to redistribute your tasks. Do not start the hardest, but warm up first. Take short breaks between the classes to stretch or strengthen. It helps to give a reward for every accomplished task.
3) TURN OFF ALL DISTRACTIONS
This part is probably the hardest part of these 5 types. Switch off from everything and be 100% concentrated on work. Turn off your mobile phone (or turn down the voice). Ignore for work email and various social networks. Do not read or reporting servers. The result will be that you will work to concentrate more and do it faster and more carefully.
4) WHEN I WORK, I WORK
If you work and work. Do not be distracted by family or relatives. You close up somewhere where you will have peace of mind on your work and have a big sign on the door “WORKS – DO NOT DISTURB!”
5) ENJOY RELAXING
If you have your list for the day finished already, take a rest. Your plans have done and tomorrow is another day. Therefore, enjoy the day and more operate.
